ഒരു കർഷക കുടുംബത്തിൽ ജനനം. സാമ്പത്തീകമായി ചില പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായതോടെ വീട് ജപ്തി ഭീഷണിയിലായി. അതോടെ LLB എന്ന മോഹം സന്തോഷിന് ഉപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടിവന്നു. പഠനവും ജോലിയും ഒന്നിച്ച് മുന്നോട്ട് കൊണ്ടുപോവുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ ഗുജറാത്തിലെത്തിയെങ്കിലും ഒരു വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ മടങ്ങേണ്ടിവന്നു. നാട്ടിലെത്തി ചെറിയ ജോലി തരപ്പെട്ടു. അതോടൊപ്പം പഠനവും മുന്നോട്ട് കൊണ്ടുപോയി. ICWA പഠിച്ചു. പിന്നീട് ഒരു ഇസ്റ്റിട്യൂട്ടിൽ പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ അവസരം ലഭിച്ചു. അതോടൊപ്പം CMA പൂർത്തിയാക്കി.

അതിനുശേഷം ലോജിക്കിൽ അദ്ധ്യാപകനായി. അവിടെനിന്നും അവസരം ലഭിച്ചതിനനുസരിച്ച് ഒരു സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ ഒരു വിങ് ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയും പാർട്ണർ ആവുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഒന്നരലക്ഷം രൂപയായിരുന്നു നിക്ഷേപം. ഇന്ന് 7 കോഴ്‌സുകളും 8 ബ്രാഞ്ചുകളും 3000ൽ പരം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും സ്ഥാപനത്തിനുണ്ട്. കൊച്ചിയിൽ 5000 പ്രൊഫഷണൽ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ പഠിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ക്യാമ്പസാണ് ലോജിക് സ്‌കൂൾ ഓഫ് മാനേജ്മെന്റ് സ്വപ്നം കാണുന്നത്. ലോജിക് സ്‌കൂൾ ഓഫ് മാനേജ്മെന്റിന്റെയും സന്തോഷ് കുമാറിന്റെയും സ്പാർക്കുള്ള കഥ..
